About Us : ClergyAll Saints is currently served by two clergy persons:John Floberg
Our Priest-in-charge is the Rev. Canon John Floberg, who lives in Bismarck. He is a graduate of Bexley Hall seminary in Rochester, New York. John has been associated with the Diocese for just short of twenty years. Besides serving All Saints, he currently serves as Priest-in-charge at Ft. Yates and as Diocesan Canon Missioner for Native American and Minority Ministries. John considers himself an evangelical committed to holistic ministry and social action. He has been consistently committed to ministry among young people and seeking renewal in the Church. John looks forward to working for/with his third bishop in North Dakota. For recreation, John likes to hunt, fish, go camping, play softball, and watch action movies.
George Slanger
The Rev. George Slanger was teacher of college English and Humanities for 36 years, the last 29 of them at Minot State University. In 2001, he retired from college teaching and was ordained a priest in the Episcopal Church. Born and raised in Montana, he earned a degree in chemistry from Montana State College in 1959 and graduate degrees in English from San Francisco State University and the University of Washington. He serves All Saints as volunteer Assisting Priest. His wife, Joanne, teaches special education at Sunnyside School in Minot. They have four grown children and seven grandchildren. His interests include reading, writing, hiking, and the music of Bob Dylan. He has his own website at homepage.mac.com/farfox.
